Simply THE BEST service. Kelly has been taking care of my family and friends for a long time. Now that I’m a young woman making it on my own and knowing nothing about cars, Kelly has ALWAYS BEEN super patient, honest and super accommodating to me the past few years unlike most places that would take advantage of a clueless young lady.

Example, my head light went out a few days ago, and I figured I’d buy the bulb and do it myself, but the parts store told me with my make and model that I would have to take it in and have the whole bumper taken off to replace it and I was quoted almost $200 dollars, and that they wouldn’t be able to get to it until monday. Of course I gave Auto ER a call and they said bring it on in.

So, at 4:00 pm on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON, they fixed it up for me no questions asked. AND they found they needed to quickly order a few parts to fix some faulty wiring as well. Super last minute accommodations but they did it for me because they ROCK!!!! AND of course the price as amazing and fair even though they totally went out of their way to get the parts and get it done tonight before they closed within the hour. How awesome.

I would be a fool to go anywhere else. Thank you for taking such great care and being so awesome. I’m lucky to have found you!!!

I trust the gents at Auto ER and that’s a hard thing for me to do.
Auto repair and I have never had a good relationship so for me to trust someone it doesn’t come easy and these guys have never taken advantage of me.

This place is full of very honest and very caring workers. I am a young girl that usually gets taken advantage of by auto mechanics, but these guys did no such thing. I thought I had a costly transmission issue, turns out it was something very minor that they took care of quickly! They do not overcharge and they don’t mislead or take advantage of people. If you have any auto repair needs, this is the place to go.

Kelly and his team are great! You can tell this shop led with a great example in customer service and quality and especially honesty. I have been going to Kelly for many many years for all types of repairs and he keeps my vehicles running in tip top shape. It is a great feeling knowing if I have any vehicle issues, Automotive ER is the place I can take care of it.
